Personal data is processed for the purpose of handling and fulfilling orders, as well as for accounting and tax purposes, based on Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679.

Our company cooperates with external companies, and therefore your data will be transferred to courier companies, external accounting, an IT company, and a hosting company.

Data Retention Period

Your data will be stored by our company for the time necessary to achieve the purpose, a maximum of 10 years from the date of service completion for data used to handle and fulfill orders, and 6 years for billing information.

Reason for providing data

Providing your personal data is voluntary. However, if you refuse to provide data necessary for the provision of services, it will prevent their realization.

Rights related to the processing of personal data

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:

• the right to access your data, including obtaining a copy of the data,

• the right to request rectification of data,

• the right to delete data (in certain situations),

• the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority dealing with personal data protection,

• the right to restrict data processing.

If your data is processed based on consent, you additionally have the following rights:

• the right to withdraw consent to the extent that they are processed on this basis. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on the consent before its withdrawal.

If your data is processed based on consent or within the scope of the provided service (data is necessary for the provision of the service), you may additionally exercise the following rights:

• the right to data portability, i.e., to receive your personal data from the controller, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. You can send this data to another data controller.

To exercise the above rights, please contact the Data Protection Officer (contact details above). Personal data will be deleted within 30 days from the date of receiving the request.
