   • Handling inquiries via the form
   • Preparation, packing, shipping of goods
   • Fulfilling ordered services
   • Presentation of an offer or information
6. The website collects information about users and their behavior in the following ways:
   1. Through voluntarily entered data in forms, which are entered into the Operator’s systems.
   2. By storing cookies (so-called “cookies”) on end devices.

2. Selected data protection methods used by the Operator

1. Login and entry points of personal data are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This ensures that personal and login data entered on the site are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.
2. Personal data stored in the database is encrypted in such a way that only the Operator holding the key can read it. This protects the data in the event of the database being stolen from the server.
3. The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
4. To protect data, the Operator regularly creates backup copies.
5. An important element of data protection is the regular update of all software used by the Operator for personal data processing, which in particular means regular updates of programming components.

1. The website is hosted (technically maintained) on the servers of the operator: cyberFolks.pl
2. The hosting company, to ensure technical reliability, logs server-level activities. Logs may include:
   • resources specified by URL identifier (addresses of requested resources – pages, files),
   • time of request,
   • time of sending a response,
   • client station name – identification by HTTP protocol,
   • information about errors that occurred during HTTP transactions,
   • the URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referer link) – if the user moved to the website by clicking a link,
   • information about the user’s browser,

   • diagnostic information related to the self-ordering process via recorders on the site,
   • information related to the handling of emails directed to the Operator and sent by the Operator.

4. Your rights and additional information on how data is used

1. In certain situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform a contract with you or to fulfill obligations incumbent on the Administrator. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
   • hosting company on an entrustment basis
   • couriers
   • postal operators
   • banks
   • payment operators
   • authorized employees and associates who use the data to achieve the purpose of the website’s operation
2. Your personal data processed by the Administrator is not stored longer than necessary for the tasks related to it specified by separate regulations (e.g. accounting regulations). In relation to marketing data, the data will not be processed longer than for 3 years.
3. You have the right to request from the Administrator:
   • access to personal data concerning you,
   • correction,
   • deletion,
   • restriction of processing,
   • and data portability.

You have the right to object to the processing indicated in point 3.2 regarding the processing of personal data to perform legally justified interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, however, the right of objection cannot be exercised if there are valid legally justified grounds for processing, overriding your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular, establishing, pursuing, or defending claims.
5. Actions of the Administrator may be complained about to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
6. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to service the website.
7. In relation to you, actions may be taken involving automated decision-making, including profiling to provide services under the concluded contract and for the direct marketing conducted by the Administrator.
8. Personal data is not transferred to third countries in the meaning of the data protection regulations. This means that we do not send them outside the territory of the European Union.

5. Information in forms

1. The website collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data if provided.
2. The website may save information about connection parameters (time designation, IP address).
3. The website, in some cases, may save information facilitating the connection of data in the form with the e-mail address of the user filling out the form. In such a case, the user’s e-mail address appears inside the URL address of the page containing the form.
4. Data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the specific form, e.g., to perform the process of service request handling or business contact, registration of services, etc. Each time the context and description of the form clearly indicate its purpose.

1. Information about user behavior on the website may be subject to logging. These data are used to administer the website.

7. Important marketing techniques

1. The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The Operator does not provide personal data to the operator of this service, only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device. In the scope of user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit information derived from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
2. The Operator uses a solution to examine user behavior by creating heat maps and recording behavior on the website. These pieces of information are anonymized before being sent to the service operator so that he does not know which natural person they relate to. In particular, entered passwords and other personal data are not subject to recording.
