    • Handling inquiries via the form

    • Presentation of an offer or information
  6. The website collects information about users and their behavior in the following ways:
    1. Through voluntarily entered data in forms, which are entered into the Operator’s systems.
    2. By storing cookies (so-called “cookies”) on end devices.
2. Selected data protection methods used by the Operator
  1. Login and entry points of personal data are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This ensures that personal and login data entered on the site are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.
  2. Personal data stored in the database is encrypted in such a way that only the Operator holding the key can read it. This protects the data in the event of the database being stolen from the server.
  3. The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
  4. To protect data, the Operator regularly creates backup copies.
  5. An important element of data protection is the regular update of all software used by the Operator for personal data processing, which in particular means regular updates of programming components.

4. Your rights and additional information on how data is used
  1. In certain situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform a contract with you or to fulfill obligations incumbent on the Administrator. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
    • hosting company on an entrustment basis
    • couriers
    • postal operators
    • banks
    • payment operators
    • authorized employees and associates who use the data to achieve the purpose of the website’s operation
  2. Your personal data processed by the Administrator is not stored longer than necessary for the tasks related to it specified by separate regulations (e.g. accounting regulations). In relation to marketing data, the data will not be processed longer than for 3 years.

You have the right to object to the processing indicated in point 3.2 regarding the processing of personal data to perform legally justified interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, however, the right of objection cannot be exercised if there are valid legally justified grounds for processing, overriding your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular, establishing, pursuing, or defending claims.

  7. In relation to you, actions may be taken involving automated decision-making, including profiling to provide services under the concluded contract and for the direct marketing conducted by the Administrator.
  8. Personal data is not transferred to third countries in the meaning of the data protection regulations. This means that we do not send them outside the territory of the European Union.
5. Information in forms
  1. The website collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data if provided.

  3. The website, in some cases, may save information facilitating the connection of data in the form with the e-mail address of the user filling out the form. In such a case, the user’s e-mail address appears inside the URL address of the page containing the form.
