Our company cooperates with external companies and therefore your data will be transferred to courier companies, external accountancy, IT company and hosting company.

Time of Personal Data Storage

Your data will be stored by our company for the time necessary to achieve the goal, for a maximum of 10 years from the date of completion of services in the case of data used for handling and processing the order and 6 years in the case of billing information.

Reason for providing data

The provision of your personal data is voluntary. However, if you refuse to provide the data necessary for the provision of services, it will not be possible to provide them.

Rights related to the processing of personal data.

You have the following rights in connection with the processing of your personal data:

- The right to access your data, including obtaining a copy of the data,

- the right to request a rectification,

- the right to delete data (in certain situations),

- the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority,

- the right to restrict data processing.

If your data is processed on the basis of your consent, you may additionally exercise the following rights:

- The right to withdraw your consent to the extent that it is processed on this basis. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before withdrawal.

If your data is processed on the basis of your consent or within the scope of the service provided (the data is necessary for the provision of the service) you may additionally exercise the following rights:

- the right to transfer your personal data, i.e. to receive from the controller your personal data, in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format. You may send this data to another data controller.

To exercise the above rights, please contact the Data Protection Officer (data above). The personal data will be deleted within 30 days from the date of receipt.
